Mission: To provide a scientific and academic platform to extend our science and mentor the next generation of neuroscientists in a welcoming and thought-provoking environment with a healthy work-life balance. Our main goal is to inspire others to use the challenges they face as motivation to overcome what they may perceive as “limitations.”


Vision: To place our academic laboratory as a leading entity studying adaptive and maladaptive behaviors while serving our society and training, empowering, and inspiring diverse and independent professionals.
